orn and is made in consecutive two months (60 days). It starts day one when you initiate but it still growing when you repeat the same thing within that period of time. When you do something consecutively, the brain accepts as it is work so it control the body to process because of particular hormones that produced when action tends to proceed.
So let's today identify the motivation for smoking. Why many people smoke or why you smoke?
Honestly speaking. Many people are just smoke because of these reasons:-
1.Many are smoking to keep hand busy.If your among of this group try to keep busy your hand by playing with a pencil, beads, or a straw.knit,play solitaire on the computer, catch your e-mail, play the piano, paint or whatever something can make you forget to reach cigarette.
2.Many are smoking for oral gratification. Your in this group? If so try to substitute with :a toothpick, gum,raw vegetables, popcorn, or a breadstick.Try to avoid empty-calorie nibbles.
3.Many are smoking for stimulation. If your in this group try to get lift from a brisk walk,absorb book, or good conversation.
4.Many are smoking to reduce tension and relaxation. If your among of them try exercises,relaxation techniques, listening soothing music, massage or making love.
5.Many are smoking for pleasure. Find pleasure in other pursuits.Go to movie, visit baby boutiques, tour a favorite museum, have a dinner with a friend especially non-smoker.
6.Others are smoking out of habit, what to avoid is setting in which you habitually smoke and friend who smoke; frequent places with nonsmoking rule instead.
My intake to be noted is,when you feel urge to smoke, take several deep breaths with a pause between each. Hold the last breath while you strike a match.Exhale slowly, blowing out the match.pretend it was a cigarette and crush it out.
