UNDERSTANDING SEXUALITY DURING PREGNANCY

My heart beats ''di di dii'  but it's my responsibility to tell you the truth. Consuming is not a matter of ''mama'' to understand what to do during pregnancy even "baba" are responsible for this sensitive issue.
Note_baba is Swahili word that mean 'father/man".

OK let's steadily concentrate to our issue which is Knowledge about sex during pregnancy.
Understanding why making love during pregnancy is different than it is at other times can help ease fears and worries, and can make having intercourse(or not having it) more acceptable and more pleasurable.
First of all, there are many physical issues that affect the desire of sex either negative or positive. So let's see the physical factors that make consumption difficult as follow:
¶Nausea and vomiting. As we know the situation happens for a few hours maybe in morning or evening, of course if the schedule is unchangeable you can arrange the good times to enjoy. But,do be in pressure to sex as I told you this education must be for you and your spouse.
¶Fatigue. This, too should pass by the fourth month on other hand it returns in the last trimester. When your in this situation try to relax especially if your working to night and gain moment for a good time.I encourage you, don't try to force it is better to sex in the weekend than tonight when your tired(woman) and for men,you suppose to tolerate.
¶The Changing shape. Making love can be both awkward and uncomfortable when a bulging belly seems to loom as large and forbidding as a Kilimanjaro mountain. As pregnancy progresses, the gymnastics required to scale that growing abdomen may not seem,to some couples, worth the effort. Most of women are uncomfortable but I want to tell you ,pregnancy is beautiful and is the blessing mass like touring to Israel or Madinna and Macca. You keep God's commandment.
¶Leakage of Colostrum. Late in pregnancy, some women begin producing the premilk called colostrum. Colostrum can leak from the breasts during sexual stimulation, and it can be disconcerting in the middle of foreplay. It's nothing to worry about, of course, but if it bother you or your partner, you can refrain from breast play.

¶Breast tenderness.
For some couples are enjoying the situation during this time but some ,during this time is the time of pains. So ,your have to have a conversations with your partner instead of silence that diminish the desire of consummation. For many, tenderness diminishes toward the end of the first trimister, but the continued sensitivity and enlargement of the breasts enhances sex for some couples.
¶Bleeding caused by the sensitivity of the cervix. The mouth of the uterus also becomes engorged during pregnancy-crisscrossed with many additional blood vessels to accommodate increased blood flow-and much softer than before pregnancy. This means that deep penetration can occasionally cause bleeding, particularly late in pregnancy when the cervix begins to ripen for delivery. If this occurs simply avoid deep penetration.
¶Fear of hurting the fetus or causing a miscarriage. Sexual intercourse can do neither. The fetus is well protected inside the amniotic sac and uterus, and the uterus is securely sealed off from the outside world by mucous plug in the mouth of the cervix.
¶Fear that the fetus is "watching" or "aware". Though your baby may  enjoy the gentle rocking of uterine contractions during orgasm,he or she can't see what you're doing, has no idea what is happening, and will certainly have no memory of it.Don't worry.
¶The changing relationship. A couple may have trouble adjusting to the idea that they will no longer be just lovers,or husband and wife ,but mother and father as well. After all ,many of us still avoid associating our own parents with sex, though we are living proof that such an association exists .
Also there are situations that could interfere completely the consummation to end.Of course, sexual may proceed even to all months of pregnancy but if it appears to you and your partner, I think you have the blessed relationship. Many couples are restricted even in first trimmister due to different circumstances such as;
1.Anytime unexplained bleeding occurs
2.During the first trimester if a woman has a history of miscarriages or threatened miscarriage, or shows signs of a threatened miscarriage.
3.During the last 8 to 12 weeks if a woman has a history of premature or threatened premature labor, or is experiencing signs of early labor.
4.If the amniotic membranes (the bag of water) have ruptured
5.When placenta previa is known to exist (the placenta is located near or over the cervix, where it could be prematurely dislodged during intercourse ,causing bleeding and threatening mother and baby)
6.In the last trimester, if twins are being carried, or even in the second trimester if more than two fetuses are present.
